Salary - 3 Lacs Per Annum
- Lead Integrated Management System certification project & regular surveillance audit.
- Audit internal process, carryout gap analysis and take corrective actions by involving all related team members.
- To take lead in problem solving based on external and internal complaints.
- Ensure compliance with our business standards by working with all departments regarding work instructions, procedures, documentation control, and training records.
- Ensure all relevant standard in Packaging are followed.
- Lead customer audits and customer complaints.
- Monitor, update and ensure all Quality plans are followed.
- Provide and ensure all related technical input provided to team members.
- Ensure CAPA’s,8D for NCRs and audit observations.
- Ensure Kaizen/ Poka-yoke and monitor all improvements.
- Knowledge of Green/Sustainable packaging.
- Knowledge of paper and corrugated boards testing is must.
- To take lead in product level testing like Compression test, Drop test, Puncture resistance test and vibration test.
- Knowledge in export Packaging.
- To track and meet monthly Quality Indicators target.
