Quality Assurance Manager – Food Packaging

Huhtamaki is a global specialist in packaging for food and drink, operating in over 35 countries. Our Espoo facility produces flexible packaging for leading food brands across Europe. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our food-contact packaging quality systems and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Own and maintain the BRC/IOP Packaging Materials Global Standard certification at the site - Lead the quality team of 6 QA technicians and 2 QA engineers - Manage customer complaint investigations and corrective action programmes - Ensure compliance with EU food contact materials regulations (EC 1935/2004) and REACH - Conduct internal audits and manage third-party certification audits - Drive continuous improvement on first-pass yield and defect reduction
