Job Title:           Head – Sales & Marketing (Corrugated boards & boxes)

Job Location:    Sri City, Tada, India

Markets:           Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Rest of the regions in south India

Key Deliverables

Head – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for overall business sales and marketing targeting to achieve top line market share and revenue & brand objectives.


    • Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions.
    • Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability.
    • Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy.
    • Forecast sales and gross margin.
    • Generate leads to achieve sales targets.
    • Monitor costs and pricing of finished products.
    • Sales team recruitment, orientation and target management.
    • Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the system.
    • Update management on business process, operating plans and profitability.




  • Masters or equivalent degree in Marketing & Sales from a reputed institution.
  • A minimum of 8 – 10 years with in-depth knowledge Corrugator or Printing market in India.
  • Proven record of building volume, market share and profit on established and new businesses.
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
